"Home of the Brave" leaves Spokane
Wow, just got the message from BigFish Talent Agency - that the movie which just started filming in Spokane, has officially packed up and left due to a labor dispute.
"This from KXLY.com: A labor disagreement between the International Alliance
of Theatrical Stage Employees Union and North by Northwest has shut the set
down. Production crews from both parties have packed up and moved out of the
area. The movie was called "Home of The Brave" and featured Samuel L.
Jackson and rapper 50-cent. Union Business Manager David Robinson of IATSE
Local 488, told News4 that production on the movie has been halted
indefinitely, and the production companies will decide whether or not to
shoot the movie in Spokane at a later date. "
Very sad.

New Movie being filmed in Spokane
Kim has been so busy she hasn't had time to work as an extra in the new movie that is being filmed here in Spokane right now.
Big Fish Talent Agency just sent out the word "There are 3 Feature Films “Contracted and Guaranteed” to shoot in Spokane in
2006! The first is a Samuel L. Jackson film which starts filming March 24th, 2006. There are an additional 7 films scheduled to shoot here this coming year!" This is the 2nd week of filming for "Home of the Brave" with Samuel L. Jackson. There are
many opportunities right here in our own backyard! It is exciting! Kim was an extra in "Mozart and the Whale" with the actor Josh Hartnett, last I looked, the film was being viewed outside of our country. We are still waiting to see it. But, just now finally - the release of "Mozart and the Whale" for the Pacific Northwest is being advertised as April 14, 2006 for a limited theatrical run. It's about time, Yeah!! www.mozartandthewhale.com.

Kim curling her hair
Kims finals were today! Yea! Now maybe I can get her to help clean the house! Well, at least not all of it. Tonight was Weight Watchers night for me. She has been busy since she has been home, cleaning her bathroom, doing the laundry. She even washed the dogs. Wow, I'm not complaining! Kim said goodbye to Parker and Brian who went to Hawaii for the summer.
L U C K Y! She has been sad and missing them alot.

Lil Dancer
Kim started dancing at 3 years of age.
This is a tap number "Simply Irresistable" with her dance mentor, Julie Hanson at JCEDA in Spokane.
Kim took Irish step for 1 year with Dance Emporium.
Kims senior tap group won many awards with their tap number called "Tappin in the Hood" with Julie at JCEDA in Spokane.
Just another pic of Kim as a little dancer.
